I selected the book 1984 by George Orwell. I know that this is a scientific fiction book and that it is about what he thought life would be like in 1984. I picked this selection because I think that he is a great author and I have heard it was a good book. Three goals I have are to finish it in two weeks, to understand it all, and to blog about it.

Double or Die

Double or die is book three in the Young Bond series. It is about a professor who works at James' school gets kidnapped. He leaves a cipher of clues and James and his friends must find him and rescue him from the people that have him. All the while he has to find out the hard clues. This is a thrilling adventure that never stops until the last page of the book.

Blood Fever

The book blood fever is book two in the Young Bond book series. It is about James Bond going on a nice vacation on an island near Greece. It starts out nice until there is a robbery and James finds out who did it. He has to go on an exciting adventure to bring down the thief and rescue a kidnapped girl.

Quarter Reflection

The best moment of independent reading this quarter was when I finally finished the book Crocodile Tears because I knew that I was done so far with that series. It was great but now I have to wait for the next Alex Rider book to come out.
My goal is to get people to read my blog. I would like to have a popular blog. I have to improve the writing of my book reflections. I feel if my blogs get more interesting and longer they will be better.

The Art of War

The Art of War by Sun Tzu is a fantastic book. It deals with the military strategies of war. The book is still used today by some generals to help them out in war. The book consists of different chapters on different things in war. There are quotations of knowledge in the book. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes war or the military
